Websites and Business Strategies Part 2

Write a detailed brief for your website.
Create a wireframe according to the brief.
Draw some sketches to plan your design.
Build a working websites according to these specs.

It’s important for me to see that you can follow through on the entire process – from the brief to the completed website. Please explain why you make certain decisions. How do these decisions fit in with the business strategy?

Upload your brief, wireframe, sketches and link to your website to your WordPress blog. There’s quite a lot to do for this assignment, so it’s advisable to keep your website simple.

Brief
Your brand and business: Hard working newly educated Graphic designer with knowlage of Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Dreamweaver and After Effects. Do illustrations, Infographics, phtography, web design, logo design, motion design, printed products.
Service minded, problemsolver, inovative, eye for beaty and harmony.

Goals – Making a webpage to promote my work. After two years of graphic design school its time to search for work and the portfolio webpage will be a great tool to show my work and who I am.

Tone of voice – Light tone, but profesional.

Targe t Audience – Design agencies. Business people needing designer for their company.

Competition – Other graphic designers

Stylistic preferences: Personal tuch (with a picture of person or workspace), timeless minimalistic (one color, one fonttype)Userfriendly (an easy overview of work categorized and maybe marked with ikons. A one sentance describing who I am and what I do in the home page)

Content: Home, about, portfolio, contact, CV

Products: Logo, ikons, webpage(html, css)

Executional notes – Done in one day.
